Shipping and payment

Dispatch time

• Ships within 24 h – products from our warehouse in Poland are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days after the payment is credited.
• Ships within 1–3 days – Products with this label are brought into our warehouse after you order and usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. This is shown next to the Product.

The carrier's estimated delivery time is shown when you choose a delivery method.

Delivery methods and costs

The available methods (e.g. InPost Parcel Locker, DPD courier, DHL courier) and their prices depend on the destination country – you will see them in the cart and in the order form before you place your order. Above a certain order value, delivery may be free – the cart shows how much more you need for free delivery.

Large packs (e.g. of sports nutrition) are sent in a bigger parcel – different prices and a higher free-delivery threshold may apply to such shipments.

Delivery countries

We ship to the countries available in the delivery country selector at the top of the page. Prices and currency (PLN or EUR) are converted automatically for the selected country. For shipments outside the European Union, prices do not include Polish VAT, and any customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.

Payment

• Online payment – by payment card and other methods supported by Stripe. We process the order as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Traditional bank transfer – you will receive the transfer details in the order confirmation email. Please pay within 7 days – after that, the order may be cancelled.

Price includes VAT. We will issue a VAT invoice if you provide your company details (NIP, Polish tax ID, or your VAT number) in the order.
