- When a price is reduced, we also state the lowest price of the Product in the 30 days before the reduction.
- For shipments to countries outside the European Union, prices do not include Polish VAT. Any customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.
4. Customer Account

7. Delivery
- We deliver Products to the countries listed in the order form. The available delivery methods (e.g. InPost Parcel Locker, DPD courier, DHL courier) and their cost depend on the delivery country.
- Products from the Seller's warehouse in Poland are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days after the payment is credited. Products marked “Ships in 1–3 days” are brought into the Seller's warehouse after the order is placed – their dispatch usually takes 1–3 business days. This is shown next to the Product.
- The carrier's estimated delivery time is shown when choosing the delivery method.
- Bulky Products (e.g. large packs of sports nutrition) may be sent in a bigger parcel and be subject to separate free-delivery rules – we show this in the cart.
- We recommend checking the parcel on receipt. If the parcel is damaged, it is advisable to draw up a damage report with the carrier – this makes it easier to handle the complaint. The absence of a report does not limit the Consumer's rights.
8. Right of withdrawal
- The Consumer may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those described below. The period runs from the day on which the Consumer (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the Consumer) takes possession of the Product.
- To withdraw from the Contract, it is sufficient to send a statement before the period expires, e.g. by email to or by post to ul. Wąska 4B/9, 71-415 Szczecin. You may use the model form on the Returns and complaints page, but this is not obligatory.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products supplied in sealed packaging which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was unsealed after delivery (art. 38(1)(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act – ustawa o prawach konsumenta). This applies in particular to dietary supplements and food with a broken seal. Unopened Products can be returned under the rules described in this section.
- The Consumer sends the Product back to the address given in the reply to the withdrawal statement, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the Consumer.
- We refund all payments received, including the delivery cost (up to the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the Product or proof that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method the Consumer used, unless the Consumer agrees to another method that is free of charge for them.
- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
9. Complaints – lack of conformity of the Product with the Contract
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the Product with the Contract under the rules set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Chapter 5a). This liability covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within two years of that time, subject to the Product's shelf life if shorter.
- If the Product does not conform with the Contract, the Consumer may demand its replacement and, in the cases provided for by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the Contract.
- Complaints can be submitted by email to or by post to ul. Wąska 4B/9, 71-415 Szczecin. Please state the order number, a description of the problem and your request, and, if possible, attach photos (e.g. of the label, expiry date, damage).
- We will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. The cost of replacing or returning the Product subject to the complaint is borne by the Seller.
- In relation to Customers who are neither Consumers nor entrepreneurs with consumer rights, the Seller's liability under the statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- The Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. by contacting a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), a regional Trade Inspection office (Inspekcja Handlowa) or a consumer organisation. 12. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy policy.
13. Final provisions
- Contracts are concluded in Polish or in the language of the Shop version used by the Customer. In the event of discrepancies between language versions of these Terms, the Polish version prevails.
- These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of the country of their habitual residence.
- The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in legislation, payment or delivery methods). Orders placed before the amendment are governed by the previous Terms. We will notify you by email of changes concerning the Account at least 14 days in advance.
