5% Nutrition All Day You May® is Rich Piana's signature amino acid drink: a 6 g BCAA blend in a leucine-dominant 10:1:1 ratio, glutamine and L-carnitine tartrate, a supporting blend with taurine, coconut water, HICA (leucic acid), bromelain and wild blueberry, an intracellular buffer blend with beta-alanine and sodium bicarbonate, a 'joint & liver' blend with glucosamine sulfate, MSM and milk thistle seed, the remaining essential amino acids, and vitamins C, B6 and B12. It can be sipped before, during or after training or between meals.

Vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Per scoop (14.5 g): vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 200 mg (250% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg (143% NRV); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 125 µg (5000% NRV); calcium (dicalcium phosphate) 65 mg (8% NRV); phosphorus (dicalcium phosphate) 50 mg (7% NRV); BCAA blend 6000 mg (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine – 10:1:1); conditionally essential amino acid blend 2750 mg (L-glutamine, L-carnitine L-tartrate); amino acid support blend 960 mg (taurine, coconut water concentrate, alpha-hydroxyisocaproic acid (HICA), bromelain, wild blueberry fruit powder); intracellular buffer blend 800 mg (beta-alanine, dicalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate); joint & liver blend 650 mg (glucosamine sulfate potassium [from shellfish], methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), milk thistle seed); essential amino acid blend 205 mg (L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-lysine HCl, L-histidine HCl, L-tryptophan, L-methionine).

Directions
