Fiber - Core Series, Citrus Mango

Per scoop (11.6 g): energy 35 kcal; carbohydrate 9 g, of which fibre 8 g; soluble corn fibre (Fibersol®) 3000 mg; fructo-oligosaccharides 2500 mg; polydextrose 2500 mg; psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husk 1000 mg.

Other ingredients: natural and artificial flavourings, citric acid, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), beta-carotene (colour).

Allergens: none declared.

Adults: 1 scoop mixed with at least 240–300 ml of water, once a day; drink immediately and follow with another glass of water. Take other medication at least 2 hours apart. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Must be taken with sufficient fluid – psyllium swells and may cause choking if taken without enough water. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing or a bowel obstruction.
