Per 9 capsules: vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 20 µg (400% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 30 mg (2143% NRV); magnesium (dimagnesium malate) 50 mg (13% NRV); zinc (bisglycinate chelate) 30 mg (300% NRV); selenium (glycinate complex) 70 µg (127% NRV); hawthorn (Crataegus pinnatifida) fruit extract 1100 mg; alpha-lipoic acid 400 mg; garlic bulb extract powder 4:1 300 mg; dimagnesium malate 250 mg; coenzyme Q10 25 mg; N-acetyl L-cysteine 1000 mg; milk thistle (Silybum marianum) seed powder 600 mg; L-glutathione (reduced) 30 mg; saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) berry powder 1000 mg; Cordyceps sinensis mycelium extract 500 mg; zinc bisglycinate chelate 300 mg; selenium glycinate 7000 µg (compound weights; elemental amounts above).

Adults: 9 capsules a day with food, e.g. 3 in the morning, 3 at midday and 3 in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Vitamin B6 (30 mg) and zinc (30 mg) exceed the EU tolerable upper intake levels (12 mg and 25 mg a day) – not for long-term use; long-term intake of vitamin B6 may lead to tingling and numbness.
