Ingredients

Per 10 g: beta-alanine 5000 mg; taurine 800 mg; L-tyrosine 800 mg; L-arginine (alpha-ketoglutarate) 700 mg; caffeine 400 mg; L-citrulline 100 mg; niacin 40 mg (250% NRV); piperine 30 mg.

Directions

Adults: start with half a serving (5 g, 200 mg caffeine). Max. 10 g a day, mixed with 300 ml of water 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
