Description

Allnutrition AAKG Muscle Pump is a quick-dissolving powder of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), providing about 3 g of L-arginine per serving, with added taurine and thiamine. Designed for physically active people as a pre- or post-workout drink.

Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Ingredients

Per 5 g: AAKG (L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate) 4449 mg, of which L-arginine 2981 mg; taurine 50 mg; vitamin B1 1 mg (91% NRV).

Other ingredients (flavoured versions): acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose, colour: beta-carotene.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 servings (5 g) a day, each dissolved in 200 ml of water or juice. Training days: 1 serving before and 1 after training; rest days: 1 serving in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
