Per tablet: whey protein concentrate 1250 mg, providing L-glutamic acid 167 mg, L-leucine 98 mg, L-aspartic acid 98 mg, L-lysine 89 mg, L-threonine 65 mg, L-proline 61 mg, L-valine 55 mg, L-isoleucine 54 mg, L-alanine 47 mg, L-serine 47 mg, L-phenylalanine 29 mg, L-tyrosine 28 mg, L-arginine 25 mg, L-methionine 19 mg, glycine 17 mg, L-histidine 17 mg, L-cystine 16 mg, L-tryptophan 14 mg.
Other ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, binder: calcium phosphates, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: milk.
Directions
Adults: 3 tablets a day with 250 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
