Allnutrition Apple Cider Vinegar provides powdered apple cider vinegar standardised to 11% acetic acid in a vegetarian capsule – without the sharp taste and acidity on the teeth of liquid vinegar.

Per capsule: apple cider vinegar powder 625 mg, providing acetic acid 69 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
