Allnutrition BCAA 2:1:1 1000 XtraCaps provides branched-chain amino acids – L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine – in the classic 2:1:1 ratio, in easy-to-swallow capsules. BCAAs are essential amino acids that the body cannot make itself and must obtain from food; they make up a large share of the amino acids in muscle protein. Each capsule contains 1000 mg of BCAAs with nothing but a gelatin shell.

Ingredients

Per 6 capsules: BCAA 6000 mg, of which L-leucine 3000 mg, L-valine 1500 mg, L-isoleucine 1500 mg.

Other ingredients: capsule shell: gelatin.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 servings (6 capsules) a day. Training days: 1 serving before and 1 after training; rest days: 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
