Ingredients: Beta-alanine, maltodextrin, acidity regulator: malic acid, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, flavouring, sweeteners: sucralose.

Directions

Adults: dissolve 4 g (⅔ scoop) in 170 ml of water; the daily amount may be split into four portions. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
