Allnutrition Clear Whey Isolate is a whey protein isolate processed to make a clear, light, juice-like drink rather than a milky shake. With 86 g of protein per 100 g, almost no fat and very few carbohydrates, it is refreshing after training or on hot days. After mixing wait about 3 minutes for the foam to settle.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Directions

Adults: dissolve 30 g (1.5 scoops) in 250–300 ml of cold water, wait approx. 3 minutes for the foam to settle. Max. 2 servings a day.
