Description

Allnutrition Glutamine Recovery Amino is a powdered drink mix of L-glutamine (80%) and taurine (10%). Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body; taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid found in meat and fish. The powder dissolves in water or juice.

4 g L-glutamine and 0.5 g taurine per serving

Directions

Adults: dissolve 5 g in 300 ml of water or juice. Take 2 servings a day – in the morning and in the evening (on training days one of them after training). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
