Description

Allnutrition Iron SR contains 30 mg of iron as iron(II) bisglycinate in slow-release micro-pellets, combined with vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and to normal blood formation.

Ingredients

Per capsule: iron 30 mg (214% NRV); vitamin C 40 mg (50% NRV); vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% NRV); folic acid 400 µg (200% NRV); vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100% NRV).

Ingredients: Bulking agent: cellulose, corn starch, iron (ii) bisglycinate, capsule shell (gelatine), vitamin c (l-ascorbic acid), glazing agent: ethyl cellulose, thickening agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day during or after a meal with water, after consulting a doctor. Do not combine with other iron or folic acid products.
