Description

Allnutrition Isotonic is a powdered sports drink based on glucose with an electrolyte complex (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium), L-carnitine and B vitamins; depending on flavour it contains a small addition of a plant extract. One serving makes 700 ml of drink.

Magnesium, thiamine, riboflavin and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function.
Niacin, pantothenic acid, folate and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per 31.5 g serving: glucose 26 g; sodium 350 mg; potassium 300 mg (15% NRV); chloride 120 mg (15% NRV); calcium 120 mg (15% NRV); L-carnitine 100 mg; magnesium 60 mg (16% NRV); thiamine 0.2 mg; riboflavin 0.2 mg; niacin 2.4 mg (15% NRV); pantothenic acid 0.9 mg (15% NRV); vitamin B6 0.2 mg (14% NRV); biotin 7.5 µg (15% NRV); folic acid 30 µg (15% NRV); vitamin B12 0.4 µg (16% NRV).

Other ingredients: acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium phosphates, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate, flavouring, colour: riboflavins, sweetener: acesulfame K; plant extract depending on flavour.

Directions

Mix 31.5 g (2 scoops) with 700 ml of water in a sports bottle. Drink before, during (about 200 ml every 15 minutes) and after exercise. Do not exceed 1 serving a day.
