Allnutrition Lemon Balm contains 350 mg of lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) – a herb of the mint family used in European tradition as a tea – with BioPerine® black pepper extract (95% piperine).

Per capsule: lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) 350 mg; BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) 2.1 mg (2 mg piperine).

Other ingredients: capsule shell (gelatin), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Allergens: none. May contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk and eggs.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
