Allnutrition Mass Acceleration is a weight-gainer powder based on a carbohydrate complex (hydrolysed corn starch and dextrose) with 25% whey protein concentrate. One 70 g serving provides about 260 kcal, 49 g carbohydrates and 14 g protein. It contains no plant proteins.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Ingredients

Per 100 g: energy 1562 kJ / 373 kcal, fat 1.6 g, of which saturates 1 g, carbohydrate 70 g, of which sugars 18 g, protein 20 g, salt 0.1 g.

Ingredients: carbohydrate complex (hydrolysed corn starch, dextrose), whey protein concentrate (milk), stabiliser: E414 (acacia gum), acidity regulator: malic acid, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose.

Directions

Mix 70 g (3 scoops) with 150–200 ml of water or milk. Take 1–3 servings a day – in the morning, between meals and after training.
