Adults: dissolve 10 g (1 scoop) in 200–250 ml of water and drink immediately. Do not exceed 1 serving a day.

For adults only. Not for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contains vitamin K – do not use if taking anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin, acenocoumarol). High vitamin C content – not for people with kidney stones. Contains iron. The vitamin B6 dose (14 mg) exceeds the EFSA tolerable upper intake level (12 mg/day) – do not combine with other B6 supplements; long-term use should be discussed with a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
