Protein Pudding - Chocolate

Per 100 g of prepared pudding: energy 214 kJ / 51 kcal, fat 1 g, of which saturates 0.6 g, carbohydrate 7.5 g, of which sugars 1.5 g, fibre 1.7 g, protein 2.2 g, salt 0 g.

Ingredients: Modified starch, reduced-fat cocoa, milk powder, skimmed milk powder, flavouring, natural flavouring, sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia.

Allergens: milk.

Add 30 g of powder (3 heaped tablespoons) to 175 ml of hot water, stirring vigorously or using a blender, then mix thoroughly. Ready to eat.

Not suitable for people allergic to any of the ingredients. May contain eggs, soy, peanuts, nuts and cereals containing gluten. Store in a dry place at 5–25 °C.
