Description
Allnutrition Vitamin ADEK combines the four fat-soluble vitamins: vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D3 50 µg, vitamin E and vitamin K2 (menaquinone).

Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal skin.

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin E 10 mg (83% NRV); vitamin A 300 µg (38% NRV); vitamin D 50 µg (1000% NRV); vitamin K 50 µg (67% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell (gelatin), vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin K (menaquinone).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
