Ingredients: Magnesium carbonate, potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, vitamin c (l-ascorbic acid), capsule (gelatin, color: calcium carbonate), vitamin e (d-alpha-tocopherol), niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (d-pantothenate), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), riboflavin, selenium (l-selenomethionine), zinc oxide, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, iron (ii) fumarate, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), manganese sulfate, vitamin a (retinyl acetate), vitamin d (cholecalciferol), copper (ii) sulphate, vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin), chromium chloride, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), d-biotine, potassium iodide.

Adults: 2 capsules a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
