Per 4 chewable tablets: creatine monohydrate 5 g; sea salt 25 mg; energy 10 kcal; carbohydrate 2 g, of which sugars 2 g; sodium 10 mg.
Other ingredients: sugar, dextrose, citric acid, stearic acid, natural flavours, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, malic acid, beet root powder (colour), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K).
Allergens: none declared. Made in a facility that also processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat and sesame.
Directions
Adults: chew 4 tablets a day, at any time – ideally around training. Drink plenty of water during the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
