Description

Animal Creatine HMB+ combines 5 g of creatine monohydrate with 3 g of calcium HMB (myHMB®) – a metabolite of the amino acid leucine – plus electrolytes (sea salt, potassium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, magnesium) and vitamin D.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).
Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function.
Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.

Per scoop (11.5 g): vitamin D3 12 µg (240% NRV); calcium (from myHMB® calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate monohydrate) 350 mg (44% NRV); phosphorus 20 mg; magnesium 13 mg; sodium 110 mg; potassium 35 mg; creatine monohydrate 5 g; calcium HMB (myHMB®) 3 g; monopotassium phosphate 100 mg; sodium bicarbonate 100 mg; magnesium oxide 25 mg; sea salt 250 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, malic acid, natural and artificial flavours, silicon dioxide, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), fruit and vegetable juice (colour).

Directions

Adults: 1 heaping scoop a day in 300 ml of water, ideally after training; on rest days at any time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
