Ingredients: ultra-fine oat flour (gluten), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose); chocolate flavours contain cocoa powder.

Directions

Mix the desired amount (e.g. 50–100 g) in a heat-safe bowl, slowly add boiling water or milk while stirring until the preferred consistency is reached. Can also be blended cold into shakes.
