Description

Apex Muscle Juice Shake & Take is the single-serve sachet version of the Apex hydration formula. The formula combines electrolytes – 500 mg of sodium from Himalayan salt, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and Aquamin® magnesium – with 2 g of leucine, 2 g of HMB and 1.25 g of betaine per serving. Apex Formulas is a UK sports nutrition brand; products are manufactured in the UK. Electrolytes replace the salts lost in sweat.

Ingredients

Per 13 g serving: L-leucine 2000 mg; HMB (calcium HMB) 2000 mg; betaine anhydrous 1250 mg; Himalayan rock salt 1282 mg (sodium 500 mg); potassium citrate 300 mg; calcium citrate 150 mg; dicalcium phosphate 150 mg; Aquamin® magnesium 40 mg.

Other ingredients: acids (citric acid, malic acid), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), colour.

Directions

Mix 1 sachet with 500 ml of water; drink during training or through the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
