ABE Performance Pre-Workout Gel packs the key ingredients of Applied Nutrition's ABE pre-workout into a ready-to-take 60 g gel sachet – no mixing or water needed. Each gel provides citrulline malate, creatine, beta-alanine, taurine and 200 mg of caffeine, plus vitamins B3, B12 and C and magnesium. Sugar-free and about 32 kcal per gel; vegan and Halal certified. Flavours include Tropical Vibes, Candy Ice Blast (with Breathe Easy™ cooling flavouring), Cherry Cola, Energy, Fruit Burst and Icy Blue Raz.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Per gel (60 g): citrulline malate 2:1 4 g; creatine monohydrate 3 g; beta-alanine 2 g; caffeine 200 mg; taurine 200 mg; magnesium 118 mg (31% NRV); vitamin C 7 mg (9% NRV); vitamin B3 80 mg (500% NRV); vitamin B12 100 µg (4000% NRV). Energy 137 kJ / 32 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0.08 g.

Ingredients: water, citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, magnesium lactate, thickener (xanthan gum), acidity regulators (citric acid, trisodium citrate), caffeine anhydrous, taurine, natural flavouring, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), sweetener (sucralose), vitamin C, sodium chloride, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions

Adults: take 1 gel 15 minutes before exercise, ideally on an empty stomach. No more than 1 gel a day. No water needed, but stay hydrated. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
