ABE Performance Pre-Workout Cans are a carbonated, zero-sugar, zero-calorie pre-workout drink from Applied Nutrition's ABE range. Each 330 ml can provides citrulline, beta-alanine, betaine, taurine, tyrosine and 200 mg of caffeine, with niacin and vitamin B12. Halal certified. Flavours include White, Apple Burst, Blue Lagoon, Cherry Slushie, Cloudy Lemonade, Energy, Fruit Candy, Grape Soda, Orange Burst and Slush Puppie® flavours.

Ingredients (typical): carbonated water, beta-alanine, citrulline, acid (citric acid), natural flavouring, betaine anhydrous, caffeine, taurine, L-tyrosine, sweetener (sucralose), preservative (potassium sorbate), niacin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Some flavours also contain elderflower extract or stabiliser (E445).

Directions
