Applied Nutrition Acetyl L-Carnitine is unflavoured N-acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride powder – the acetylated form of carnitine, a compound the body makes from the amino acids lysine and methionine and which is found mainly in red meat. It is part of the 'Manage your Dosage' single-ingredient range for mixing into drinks. Suitable for vegans, Halal certified.

Per heaped scoop (750 mg): N-acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride 750 mg, of which L-carnitine 500 mg.
Ingredients: N-acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride.

Directions
Adults: mix 1 heaped scoop (750 mg) with 200 ml of water or another drink once a day, e.g. with a meal or before cardio training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
