Applied Nutrition Amino Fuel is a flavoured essential amino acid (EAA) powder providing 11 g of amino acids per 13 g scoop: all nine essential amino acids (9 g), including 6 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (3 g L-leucine, 1.5 g L-isoleucine, 1.5 g L-valine), plus 2.5 g of L-glutamine. Essential amino acids cannot be made by the body and must come from the diet. Informed-Sport batch tested, Halal certified. This listing is the assorted flavours flavour.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (13 g) with 500 ml of water and shake well. Drink before, during or after training, or at any time of day. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
