Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate is a sugar-free intra-workout drink powder combining 7.2 g of branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio with 3 g of L-glutamine, 1 g of citrulline malate, electrolyte salts (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, phosphorus) and vitamin B6. Directions

Mix 1 scoop (14 g) with 500 ml of water and shake well. Drink during training, or through the day on rest days; 1–3 servings a day. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
