Description
Applied Nutrition Carb X is a carbohydrate drink powder based on highly branched cyclic dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®) – a carbohydrate made from starch with a high molecular weight and low osmolality, which dissolves easily and is well suited to drinks taken before, during or after training. Each 25 g scoop provides 24 g of carbohydrate and 95 kcal with no sugar or fat. Vegan, gluten-free, Informed-Sport tested and Halal certified. Flavours include Fruit Burst, Orange Burst, Unflavoured and Millions® Blackcurrant, Cola and Pineapple. This listing is the Millions® Pineapple flavour.

Directions
Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with 500 ml of water and drink before, during and/or after exercise. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
