Description
Applied Nutrition Collagen Peptides is 100% hydrolysed type I collagen from grass-fed cattle. The unflavoured powder dissolves in hot or cold drinks – water, coffee, tea, juice or smoothies – and can be added to yoghurt or recipes. Each 20 g serving provides 19 g of protein with no fat, carbohydrate or sugar. Gluten-, soy- and dairy-free; Halal certified.

Per 2 scoops (20 g): hydrolysed collagen 20 g; energy 318 kJ / 76 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 0 g, of which sugars 0 g; protein 19 g; salt 0.1 g.

Directions
Mix 2 scoops (20 g) with 200–300 ml of water or juice, or stir into a hot drink, 1–2 times a day – preferably with breakfast or after exercise. Mixing with room-temperature water first may improve solubility. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
