Applied Nutrition Collagen is a juice-style collagen powder with 5 g of hydrolysed type I bovine collagen peptides from grass-fed cattle per serving, plus 80 mg of vitamin C, 50 mg of hyaluronic acid and biotin. It mixes into cold water, smoothies or yoghurt. Soy-, lactose- and dairy-free, gluten-free and Halal certified. Flavours: Citrus Twist, Strawberry & Raspberry, Tropical Vibes, Unflavoured.

Ingredients (flavoured): hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides, acid (citric acid), natural flavouring, vitamin C, anti-foaming agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), hyaluronic acid, colour (varies by flavour: beetroot red, beta-carotene, or tartrazine and brilliant blue FCF), D-biotin. Unflavoured: hydrolysed collagen peptides (type I, bovine), vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, silicon dioxide, D-biotin.

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (5.5 g) with 100–200 ml of water and shake; 1–2 times a day, preferably with breakfast or after exercise. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
