Applied Nutrition Cream of Rice is finely ground white rice flour that cooks in 1–2 minutes into a smooth, easily digestible hot cereal – a popular carbohydrate source for athletes. Each 30 g serving provides about 104 kcal and 25 g of carbohydrate, with very little sugar and fat. Vegan (except Toffee Biscuit), Halal certified. Flavours: Unflavoured, Apple Crumble, Golden Syrup, Raspberry Ripple, Toffee Biscuit.

Ingredients
Per scoop (30 g, Apple Crumble; may vary slightly by flavour): energy 440 kJ / 104 kcal; fat 0.1 g, of which saturates <0.1 g; carbohydrate 25 g, of which sugars <0.1 g; fibre 0.8 g; protein 2 g; salt 0.105 g.
Ingredients: Unflavoured – white rice flour. Apple Crumble – white rice flour, flavouring, salt, sucralose, ground cinnamon. Golden Syrup – white rice flour, flavouring, salt, colour (E150a), sucralose. Raspberry Ripple – white rice flour, flavouring, salt, sucralose. Toffee Biscuit – white rice flour, flavouring, skimmed milk powder, salt, colour (E150a), sucralose.
Allergens: Toffee Biscuit contains milk.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 100–150 ml of boiling water, stir and leave for 1–2 minutes, then stir again. Or mix with 100–150 ml of cold water or milk and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring before eating.
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening. Take care with hot liquids.
