Applied Nutrition Creatine + HMB combines micronised creatine monohydrate with HMB (calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate), a compound the body produces from the essential amino acid leucine. The unflavoured powder can be mixed with water, juice or a protein shake.

Directions
