Applied Nutrition Critical Mass Original is a high-calorie weight gainer shake for people who struggle to gain weight. Each 240 g serving (4 scoops) provides 917 kcal, 55 g of protein from a dairy protein blend (whey concentrate and isolate, sweet whey, calcium caseinate) plus egg albumen, and 154 g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin, fructose and waxy maize starch, with MCT powder, inulin, flaxseed oil powder, CLA, L-glutamine and bromelain. Directions

Mix 4 scoops (240 g) with 500–1000 ml of milk or water and shake well. 1–3 servings a day depending on calorie needs. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
