Each 150 g serving provides 566 kcal, 42 g of protein and 74.7 g of carbohydrates, plus creatine, L-leucine, glutamine peptides, HMB, HICA, alpha-lipoic acid, CLA and MCT, DigeZyme® enzymes, LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans) and chromium. Directions

Mix 2.5 scoops (150 g) with 500 ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well. 1–3 servings a day depending on calorie needs. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
