Description

Applied Nutrition Critical Oats is an instant protein porridge made from 100% organic wholegrain oat flakes with whey protein concentrate and isolate and MCT powder. A 60 g serving provides 238 kcal, 23 g of protein, 23 g of carbohydrates and 3.9 g of fibre, and is ready in about 2 minutes with hot water or milk. Halal certified. Flavours include Banana, Chocolate, Coconut, Golden Syrup, Cookies & Cream and Salted Caramel.

Ingredients

Per scoop (60 g, Banana; may vary by flavour): energy 999 kJ / 238 kcal; fat 6.36 g, of which saturates 3.06 g, MCT 2.4 g; carbohydrate 22.98 g, of which sugars 1.38 g; fibre 3.9 g; protein 23.04 g; salt 0.54 g; BCAAs 4.41 g.

Ingredients (Banana): organic wholegrain oat flakes, whey protein concentrate (milk, emulsifier: soy lecithin), whey protein isolate (milk), medium-chain triglycerides (MCT powder), natural banana flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides).

Allergens: oats (gluten), milk, soy.

Directions

Add 1 scoop (60 g) to 150 ml of boiling water, stir and leave for 1–2 minutes. Or mix with 100 ml of cold water or milk and microwave for 30 seconds, then stir.

Warnings

Store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening. Contains milk, gluten (oats) and soy. Take care with hot liquids.
