Applied Nutrition Critical Whey is a multi-source whey protein powder blending whey protein concentrate, whey isolate, hydrolysed whey and milk protein concentrate from grass-fed dairy. Each 33 g serving provides 24 g of protein for about 130 kcal. Every batch is tested under the Informed Protein programme; gluten- and soy-free, vegetarian and Halal certified. Ingredients

Per 2 level scoops (33 g): energy 543 kJ / 130 kcal; fat 2.0 g, of which saturates 1.0 g; carbohydrate 3.8 g, of which sugars 2.3 g; protein 24 g; salt 0.2 g (typical values, may vary slightly by flavour).

Ingredients (Vanilla Ice Cream): Protein blend [whey protein concentrate (milk), whey protein isolate (milk), whey protein hydrolysate (milk), milk protein concentrate (milk)], flavouring, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), thickeners (carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum), sweetener (sucralose). Other flavours may contain cocoa powder, coffee, matcha, colours or potassium citrate.

Allergens: milk. Made in a facility that also handles soya, egg, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Directions

Mix 2 level scoops (33 g) with 250 ml of cold water or milk and shake well. Take after training or through the day, 1–3 times a day. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
