Applied Nutrition Diet Whey is a lean protein shake made from whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate and egg white powder, with added acetyl-L-carnitine, green tea extract and CLA powder. Each 25 g scoop provides 20 g of protein, about 101 kcal and less than 1 g of sugar. Informed-Sport tested, Halal certified. Ingredients (Vanilla Ice Cream): protein blend (milk, egg) (94%) (whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, egg white powder), flavouring, emulsifiers/thickeners (carboxymethyl cellulose, sunflower lecithin, guar gum), conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) powder, acetyl-L-carnitine, green tea extract, sweetener (sucralose). Other flavours contain fat-reduced cocoa powder, salt or colours (curcumin, beetroot red).

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with 150–300 ml of cold water and shake well. Up to 3 servings a day (morning, afternoon, evening). Can also be added to porridge, cereal or baking. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
