Description

Applied Nutrition Endurance Elite Performance Energy Gel is a high-carbohydrate gel for long endurance events. Each 60 ml sachet provides 40 g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin, highly branched cyclic dextrin and fructose in a 1:0.8 glucose-polymer to fructose ratio, 250 mg of sodium and Senactiv® (Panax notoginseng root and Rosa canina fruit extracts). No water needed. Informed-Sport tested. Flavours: Apple Burst, Orange Burst, Lemon & Lime.

Ingredients

Per gel (60 ml): energy 669 kJ / 160 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 40 g, of which sugars 19 g; protein 0 g; salt 0.63 g; chloride 375 mg (47% NRV); sodium 250 mg; Senactiv® 17 mg.

Ingredients: deionised water, maltodextrin (25%), fructose (24%), highly branched cyclic dextrin (7%), acid (citric acid), natural flavourings, acidity regulator (sodium citrates), stabilisers (gellan gum, xanthan gum), sodium chloride, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), Senactiv® (Panax notoginseng root, Rosa canina fruit).

Directions

Take 1–3 gels per hour during exercise (80–120 g carbohydrate per hour). Max. 3 gels per hour and 6 gels per day. No water needed, but stay hydrated.
