Per heaped scoop (50 g, Blackcurrant): energy 800 kJ / 191 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 47.8 g, of which sugars 8.5 g; protein 0 g; salt 0.5 g; sodium 200 mg; chloride 300 mg (38% NRV); potassium 60 mg (3%); calcium 41 mg (2%); magnesium 7.2 mg (2%).

Ingredients: maltodextrin, fructose, acid (citric acid), natural flavour, sodium chloride, colours (vary by flavour: beetroot red, brilliant blue FCF, curcumin, tartrazine), calcium carbonate, tripotassium citrate, trisodium citrate, sweeteners (steviol glycosides, sucralose), magnesium citrate.

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Mix 1 heaped scoop (50 g) with 500 ml of water and shake well; drink 500 ml every 45–60 minutes of exercise. Once mixed, consume within 24 hours. For carbohydrate loading, up to 4 servings a day with or between meals in the days before an event. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
