Description

Applied Nutrition Endurance Hydration Electrolyte Tablets dissolve in water to make a lightly flavoured, sugar-free electrolyte drink with about 6 kcal. Each tablet provides sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium plus vitamin C. Part of the Informed-Sport programme; vegan. Flavours: Berry, Lemon & Lime, Orange, Pink Grapefruit, Vimto®.

Ingredients

Per tablet (4 g): sodium 270 mg; potassium 100 mg (5% NRV); calcium 15 mg (2%); magnesium 25 mg (7%); vitamin C 40 mg (50%). Energy 27 kJ / 6 kcal; carbohydrate <0.5 g, of which sugars 0 g, polyols <0.5 g; fat 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0.69 g.

Ingredients (Orange): acid (citric acid), sodium bicarbonate, bulking agent (sorbitol), potassium citrate, anti-caking agent (polyethylene glycol), magnesium citrate, tricalcium citrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose), colours (beetroot red, riboflavin), natural flavourings, acacia gum. Colours and flavourings vary by flavour.

Directions

Dissolve 1 tablet (4 g) in 200 ml of water and drink during or after activity. Consume within 24 hours of preparation.
