Description

Applied Nutrition Endurance Sprint is an isotonic energy gel with 23 g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin plus 75 mg of caffeine, 100 mg of magnesium, electrolytes and six B vitamins – with zero sugar and no water needed. Informed-Sport tested. Flavours: Blackcurrant, Cola, Fruit Burst, Orange, Tropical.

Directions

Long exercise: take 1 gel at key stages when you need a boost. Short, intense exercise: 1 gel 15 minutes before. No water needed, but stay hydrated. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
