Description

Applied Nutrition Hair, Skin & Nails is a beauty-from-within capsule formula with biotin (10,000 µg), zinc, copper, vitamins C, D3, E and B-complex, hydrolysed marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, L-cysteine, grape seed extract, alpha-lipoic acid and ashwagandha root extract, plus calcium and magnesium. Plant-based capsules, Halal certified.

Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin; zinc also to normal nails.
Copper contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin.
Riboflavin and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.

Per 2 capsules: vitamin E 15 mg α-TE (125% NRV); vitamin C 80 mg (100%); vitamin D3 75 µg / 3000 IU (1500%); thiamine 1.2 mg (110%); riboflavin 1.4 mg (100%); niacin 16 mg (100%); vitamin B6 2.1 mg (150%); folic acid 200 µg (100%); vitamin B12 4.5 µg (180%); biotin 10,000 µg (20000%); pantothenic acid 7.5 mg (125%); copper 1.0 mg (100%); calcium 200 mg (25%); magnesium 200 mg (54%); zinc 12 mg (120%); ashwagandha root extract (7% withanolides) 200 mg; alpha-lipoic acid 10 mg; L-cysteine HCl 200 mg; grape seed extract 30 mg; hydrolysed marine collagen 200 mg; hyaluronic acid 30 mg.

Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Contains ashwagandha – not suitable for people with thyroid, liver or autoimmune conditions or taking sedatives, thyroid or immunosuppressive medication; stop use if signs of liver problems occur. High-dose biotin can interfere with laboratory tests (e.g. thyroid, troponin) – tell your doctor before blood tests. Contains 75 µg vitamin D – do not combine with other vitamin D supplements. Contains fish and soy. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
