Applied Nutrition Marine Collagen is hydrolysed collagen peptides from wild-caught deep-ocean fish. Each 12 g scoop provides 11 g of protein with no fat, sugar or carbohydrate (unflavoured). It mixes into hot or cold drinks and foods. Flavoured versions (Strawberry Raspberry, Strawberry Lemonade, Cherry Apple) also contain vitamin C. Gluten-, soy- and dairy-free, paleo-friendly, Halal certified.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop (12 g) into a hot or cold drink or food once a day and stir well. Collagen may clump in very cold liquids. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
