Ingredients
Per softgel: fish oil 1000 mg, providing total omega-3 fatty acids 300 mg, of which EPA 180 mg and DHA 120 mg; vitamin E 4.5 mg α-TE (38% RI).
Ingredients: fish oil, softgel shell (vegetable gelatin (modified starch/carrageenan), vegetable glycerin, purified water), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).
Allergens: fish.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel up to 3 times a day with food (morning, afternoon and evening). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
