Per capsule: R-alpha-lipoic acid 200 mg.
Other ingredients: bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Allergens: none in the recipe; made in a facility that handles milk, soy and gluten.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
