Per 3 capsules: green tea extract 400 mg, containing EGCG 160 mg; caffeine anhydrous 250 mg; choline bitartrate 205 mg, providing choline 82.5 mg; cayenne pepper extract 200 mg; L-theanine 200 mg; olive leaf extract 200 mg; L-tyrosine 150 mg; vitamin B3 16 mg (100% NRV); vitamin B6 5 mg (358% NRV); black pepper extract 5 mg; vitamin B12 200 µg (8000% NRV); chromium picolinate 120 µg (300% NRV).

Other ingredients: vegetable capsule [hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour (brilliant blue)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens in the recipe. Made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery and cereals containing gluten.

Adults: 3 capsules in the morning with food. Do not take on an empty stomach or late in the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
