Applied Nutrition Shred-X Thermogenic Powder is a flavoured, zero-calorie drink powder combining acetyl-L-carnitine, inulin, vitamin C, green tea extract (95% polyphenols), choline, L-theanine, Gymnema sylvestre extract, taurine, L-tyrosine and caffeine anhydrous with vitamins B3, B6 and B12. Total caffeine is 228 mg per serving (including green tea). Vegan, Halal certified. Directions

Adults: mix 1 level scoop (10 g) with 200 ml of cold water and drink 15 minutes before exercise. Max. 1 serving a day. Do not take on an empty stomach. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
